  1. Hi Sophie So sorry to cancel at such short notice, but I won’t be able to make this Tuesday’s meeting. The new business is now properly up and running and doing well, but the energies I have poured into that mean that a number of other matters have been neglected, which I now need to attend to. Please keep me in the loop with regard to matters arising, and let me know the date of the next meeting as soon as it is agreed, as I shall be better able to make the time for the next one. If deadlines need to be set with regard to the Xmas stories publication, the earlier I know, the better I shall be able to meet them. Hope you all have a good and positive meeting, and I look forward to seeing you all next month. Kind Regards, Carl
